European Media is a limited liability company. The personal data of users retained by the company are not disclosed to third parties, nor are they utilised for promotional activities beyond the scope of self-promotion.
As an entity based in Eastern Europe and collaborating with numerous European Union institutions, the company endeavors diligently to ensure that this Privacy Policy adheres to the pertinent regulations concerning personal data processing within both Poland and the European Union.
EastFlank.eu collects and processes only personal data necessary for the proper functioning of its services.

The Company uses Google Analytics and Piano Software Inc. for data processing. Information automatically collected via UTM tags and cookies includes:

- referring domain name,
- aggregated information related to the IP address (e.g. most-read articles),
- data from comments posted on social media platforms and the website.
2.2 Use of Data
Data are processed for the purpose of monitoring website and social media statistics and customizing content to align with audience interests.
2.3 Use of the Company’s Services Without Providing Personal Data
Users are able to utilise euractiv.pl without the necessity of supplying personal data, by employing the browser tools accessible within Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
2.4 Voluntary Provision of Personal Data
Utilisation of the Company’s website (which includes reading articles, viewing infographics, and listening to podcasts) does not necessitate the submission of personal data. Section 2.3 delineates the procedures for refraining from sharing personal data.
